We had a fine stay in Madrid right by a main square with bus links and walkable to metro stations too, the center of the City, and the Royal Palace.

It had coffee & tea making machines, fridges, and kitchenware for cooking.

The brand new, sparkling white decor gave the apartment a modern and clean feel. Located in a great central area, we enjoyed the view of the street from our quiet third-floor apartment. The comfy bed and spacious living and bedroom areas made us feel right at home. The lovely full-size shuttered windows allowed plenty of natural light to brighten up the space.

Stunning setting, splendid rooms, everything was perfect. For safety measures it had smoke detectors. It was hot outside, but we went to Inclan Brutal Bar for couple of drinks.

The central location was perfect, providing a great view of the street while remaining quiet and peaceful on the third floor. The apartment was spacious, with a comfy bed and plenty of natural light streaming in through the full-size shuttered windows. The shower was excellent and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot week we were there. The check-in process was smooth, and the friendly and polite staff made us feel welcome. Tandem offered a lovely and convenient place to stay in a great location. We would definitely return.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I got excellent value for my money with a neat and splendid room at Tandem. The location was perfect, near the Sol metro and within walking distance to the royal palace. The staff treated me very nicely, offering convenient rest options while waiting for my room to be ready.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located apartment. The sparkling white decor and comfortable bed made for a relaxing retreat. Despite a few missing items, the well-equipped apartment met our needs. The shower was great, and we appreciated the helpful welcoming email. The location was perfect, with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. we highly recommend staying at Tandem.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the apartment. It had a charming and elegant style that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and beautifully decorated. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The elevators were spacious and easy to use, and the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and tourist attractions.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a little more assistance from the children working there. A friendly smile and a helping hand can go a long way in making senior guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
